RESUME
Adress the improvement of functional, behavioural and environmental Post-Occupancy Evaluation set of methods in apartment buildings through the design and use of digital interfaces specifically developed. Also aims to make the Post-Occupancy Evaluation process in housing more efficient, through the use of electronic equipment (laptop, tablet, personal digital assistants), featuring reflections on such use and discussing the possible interfaces between man and the digital environment in the scope of POE research.
OBJECTIVES
The goal is the prediction of efficient Post-Occupancy Evaluations focusing on the functionality of spaces, the users’ behaviour and their environmental impact, providing the results to society as well for real estate agents, through disclosure of the proposed solutions. From a didactic point of view, the research aims to bring contributions both in educational experiences of teachers, as the acquisition of knowledge of the students involved, as they insert in the undergraduate academic field (Architecture and Urbanism) the discussion on the design process and its components, as well as the importance of Post-Occupancy Evaluation as projects feedback in search for quality spaces. In relation to the use of digital interfaces, in addition to the optimization of the processes of information collection and management on Post-Occupancy in the cases predicted in this project, it is expected to contribute to a review of the way in which users participate in making interfaces that meet their specific demands.
